Thoughtful Daily Post - October 11th 2019 - Remaining Positive

Hello my friends... no video of me today

I've been dealing with my Ms flare ups, so my best solution, has been to unplug, and try to relax. I did however, want to thank the @Innerblocks community for my recent challenge award, as well as @enginewitty for joining in the fun. Also, I'd like to send thanks, to everyone at the @phc and @naturalmedicine communities, for all the support, and challenge awards!!

I've been relying on my natural remedies to try and keep my Multiple Sclerosis from getting any worse. I'm still lurking behind the scenes, my friends...
