How about that picture for some much needed click-bait cuteness.....
That was the state of my 9 month old daughter (1/4pint) as I arrived home from work this afternoon. Even in my own opinion, she's beautiful and thankfully is starting to look more like her mother everyday.
Which reminds me, it was Mrs Welshstacker's birthday, and here is a shameless selfie of the pair of us to celebrate her reaching and surviving another year with me.
So back to my actual #actifit report and to show how my #5430 challenge is progressing.
So two days into this week, and I'm still on track for completing 5km everyday for 30days (5-4-30) this month. My times per mile have almost become exact, and I'm just putting that down to my playlist and pacing on my runs. It's safe to say, that a good soundtrack to run to can dicta3the tempo of your run - putting on some hardcore, happy house music will get you sprinting and having your favourite love song blasting can definitely have you slowing right down.
A good, mid-tempo playlist is highly recommended and after completing 17 days already, I can now judge my pace by the markers of my run depending on what part of the playlist is on at anyone time.
My heart rate tapered up all throughout this jog, where it usually spikes early on and plateaus normally. I can only put this down to the fact the weather was absolutely horrendous today and I sped up towards the end just to get it over and done with.
A respectable 11500+ steps and I'm off to bed. Catch you all tomorrow where ill probably have exactly the same things to report.
