Another Pattaya goodness that I promise it won't disappoint, especially if you're a Japanese food fan. I know I am and that's why we went to this place a few times during the last stay.
Haru Japanese buffet.
Look at it again, it's not sushi buffet, it's Japanese food buffet so totally various type of food other than some fish on top of rice.
A few minutes drive from Pattaya Beach and here we are, Haru! Gerard got here and he got asked how many people, "4 people please" Did you have any reservation, I'm afraid we're full. Whoaaaa! We had been planning for days (yes, we need that much of a time before coming to one of the buffets, gotta be that fit #lol) so I wasn't really ready to find a new dining place. Things got real easier when I walked in and started speaking Thai to the hostess. Now there's a table! Pretty much just put 2 table for 2 together..
It's Gerard's first time at Haru.
Nope not mine and Kev's so we're excited but perhaps not as Gerard did and that's why it happened like that in the first picture. It's like 20 Japanese dishes coming in all at once, dang! I love it! In fact, I'm start to get hungry writing this post and imagine back to the time we're this.
Salmon, salmon, more salmon. Tuna, yellow tell, saba and the fish list goes on both raw and cooked. I preferred raw fish, not sure if that's weird so I have also in help with ordering and eating like we hadn't had food in days. Not to mention all the juicy beef, slow cooked pork and all the soup and salad they offer. Probably don't have to tell you the item to item but let's talk quality. Whatever you order from the menu, it's good, I promise. The fish are all fresh, the hot food is freshly cooked, the right amount of everything..
Though, honestly last time we were here was actually a little better than this time so I guess it might depend on who's the chef that day. Even that, we're all happy with the meal and sure would love to be back there again when we have a chance to. In fact, I start to miss a lot of food there in Pattaya after a few months I moved back to my family home.
Let's talk price. Thanks to a post I browsed through the other day, he inspired me to actually calculate the cost in Hive, let's do this! This is going to be fun. **Then I will cry later when I come back to read this, see thing I spent 32 HIVE per person for a Japanese buffet in Pattaya. It $150!!! hehe
Anyways, this meal in the present price of it, like, yes, currently, is 699THB ($20 roughly ~ 32 HIVE ) not too bad right? With all this quality food that you can have really unlimited during the 2 hours they give you!
Again, 100% recommended and I can't wait to be back there!
