Tai Toon Baan - ใต้ถุนบ้าน - 带福办
Whatever you'd like to call it. The place name means Underneath the house as the place is a Thai old school house that normally lifted and has space underneath it. This place renovate the space and use it as a breakfast restaurant. Pretty neat!
A few things they serve here. Simple yet delicious. I would actually call these our comfort food. Let's start with congee (rice porridge) with choices of either ground pork, poach eggs, intestines and so on. A hot pan fried eggs with some toppings. Vietnamese style noodle soup. For sweet, there are toast or steamed bread with Thai style egg custard. Some old school drinks that mostly use sweeten condense milk to give the sweetness.
There's compliment hot tea for all tables as well. Lovely!
Love all the things they serve here. Love the vibe. It's quite warm and homey.
