In every stride, in every kick, in every stretch, the dragon shaperns; ready to breath fire.
As days pass, the dragons grow stronger, hungrier. Some run through the highlands of the Rift Valley, conquering hills like they were born of the wind. Others chase footballs across village pitches and city stadiums, crafting footwork that will mesmerize the world. In silence, in sweat, in sacrifice, the dragons prepare for flight.
At airports they are escorted with hope, secured with faith, and released into the skies. To the world they go. To breath fire of their talents. Each marathon victory, each goal scored, each name announced in foreign stadiums carries Kenya's heartbeat across borders.
The Kenyan flag flies higher with every applause, lifted like the trophy it deserves to be. Dances and cultural songs erupt both at home and on foreign soil, in triumphant celebration. Our national dragons, exported, fierce and unyielding, breath fire not to conquer lands but to reveal their resilience in every finish line broken, in every medal lifted, in every dream fulfilled.
