To mark International Yoga Day which doesn't land on solstice by chance, It was clearly placed there by druids that know exactly what happens on Solstice (this will be for a next post).

Keeping the mysteries alive !

Yoga For Everybody organised 108 surya namaskar (sun salutes).
I lead the group as I have experience in this field.

108 Sun Salutes are broken down into 12 rounds which equates 24 sun salutes (12 on each side) . The 12 rounds represent the 12 months of the year & therefore the 12 Zodiac constellations. In a Sun Salute there is 12 steps & 7 poses (7 chakras) working on all the physical & energetic system. 12 mantras saluting the various names of the sun in Sanskrit can be sung at each round.

Now in honour of Summer solstice here in the Northern Hemisphere, I am going to go completely off Grid to reconnect with nature .

I am going to be like this wild cat (laying among the flowers)
