Like the girl said, there's magic everywhere...

Her Earth name was Sweepy Mingles and she had silky black hair to her waist and a button nose to go with it, and her ears were elf like, pointed and fine, the same as all the girls from her planet.
When visiting Earth, or the water planet as it was called on hers, she always painted her lips cherry red so she would blend in and not be known as an off-worlder by the Earthlings and rounded up by their evil government and experimented on.
She wore gowns of the finest silk and her slippers were of the best that money could buy.
Occasionally she’d rough it and wear blue jeans with a belt and a blouse of gossamer blue to show off her very white skin.
Because her planet was five times heavier than Earth her muscles were five times stronger and so she had to be careful or she’d be jumping over houses with ease and running faster than the fastest horse, although now and then she’d pull a door right off its hinges without thinking and then have to talk fast to cover it up and explain that the door must have been sabotaged or something, but usually she was very careful.
Her best friend was Princess Simone who thought Sweepy was a magical elf from the old country and when hanging out with her would watch to see if she did any elf magic.
One time, while shopping in the market for expendables they came across the snake stall full of live snakes and without a second thought, Sweepy picked one up, pulled its head off and ate it with relish, oblivious to the horrified stares of those around her. On her world, snakes were a great delicacy and were always eaten raw, but on seeing how people reacted to her eating a snake she soon learned not to do it in public.
Their favourite hangout was the theatre where they went to most nights to have fun.
At the theatre a magnitude Richter scale was up in arms about a point of entry and was swigging beer through a straw and making no bones about the ghosts who had turned up for the show and had swum all the way from the Titanic.
The chip shop chick chip chicky girl was late as usual and so the show began without her with the curtains going up and strontium 90 walking on stage with his hands tied behind his back and singing at the top of his voice a little ditty of his own making.
Osaki the onion seller who was in the front row was crying his eyes out as he always did wherever he went along with the ghosts who were dripping in their seats.
Up in the box office seats, Sweepy Mingles and Princess Simone who were best friends were laughing too, in fact, everyone was laughing.
Slipping in through a side entrance the chip shop chick chip chicky girl pushed her chip shop machine in and blew her horn to let everyone know she was there, and while the oil was heating up the show carried on.
Over in a dark corner the boom-boom man was doing a roaring business and selling buckets of beer too, and a small mouse was laughing its head off too from all the laughing gas coming up from the cellar where the laughing gas machine was pumping it out.
End of this part of the tale
