I was left with a wing and a song in that time of day again, my hollowed out being stretching beyond time with the pulls of all that was calling me to go far beyond or die, but the muscle memory unused and the mind kind of like bar seven in the fubar scales and becoming smaller much as the full on down cloud letting go and drifting by, drifting by.

I was rackets and blown blimps and foolish grins, oh, I was so many things, and all of them repeating themselves to me with all their exemptions and exceptions coming at me in their motivations to be known.

I was out the other end of the pier and leaning on the moon-blest rail and staring out into the sea.

I was rainbows in the darkness.

I was hollowed out and left to be.

I was the sailor left behind.

I was the jolly jack robber bobbing.

I shall now speak without rules and tell you all about my first mint tea...

I was out in Morocco back a while now

One day I walked out into the hills where the bandits were...

I was younger then, and fearless

Anyway

There I was walking along, when all of a sudden, a Jelaba wearing a man called me over

Signing to me he said sit, so I did

In the night there was a fire and men, and me

I was offered a glass with mint tea in it, and full of sugar

So I took it and drank it all right down into my belly

Oh yes

And then I took my eyes and raised them to look at the Jelaba man who'd given me the tea

He grinned

A grinning bandit I thought.

Arrr…

Turning the waves I came about to find myself again staring through the window of my soul with a wing and a song.

I shall now go out into the back garden for a smoke and a scratch under the blackberry tree…

Heard a big jet thundering into the waves of wherever it was going.

Saw myself stranded again without rules and just being where I was and remembering.

When I took my first mint tea, and met my first bandit.

Today I was blessed.

Someone said that every story must have a beginning, middle, and an end. After much thought and many half memories later I figured out that life was only now, and everything else was somewhere else, and all my friends that I could only dream of, were somewhere else too.

Well, they do say that travel opens up your mind you know, said my aspirations aspirating.

Yes, it is surely the place where you lose your mind; there is no place like it, no matter what rules you apply, you have to lose your mind.

It is now time to backfire, for all those of you who have been eating beans: One, two, and three: let go…

This is called yoga position number three, and must not be confused with yoga position number two where black olives are consumed.

Moving on now…
