Sometimes the mind goes around in circles and makes up convoluted stuff, sometimes a story, and sometimes it just repeats itself...

The wind was calling, that wind that comes from far away, and it was saying nice things to me; like, come, come for an adventure, come and explore the delights of new things to be known, of travelling in other lands, where you are the stranger, the foreigner, another being on planet Earth.
I immediately began thinking about this with my thoughts as the wind called. And thinking, I thought away.
Several drifting thoughts later I was thinking about schizophrenics and their two way conversations…
It’s funny how the mind works isn’t it.

I don’t really know much about schizophrenics, maybe nothing at all, but one think I’m thinking is that they’re not lonely at all. In fact, they’re probably having a gassing time of it in their conversations.
Oh, they are, I can tell you.
Really; and how would you know that?
I know it because I am one.
One what?
Well, one of them of course.
And, what is one of them?
One of them is one of them on the other side of things.
But there are many things.
There sure are.
How many can you name?
Oh, at least a ten.
Go on then…

One: it is always within my pleasure to be free if I so want it.
Granted, but within reason.
Two: I am not a slave and so am not ruled by reason.
Oh, you barbarian you.
Three: feelings of truth always outweigh words of hatred every time.
We will think about this.
Four: if you’re not a plebeian worm, then you must be something else.
That one is surely true, but we will never admit to it.
Five: if you can’t dance me home then what use are you?
We are breathing through both nostrils at the same time. That is how good we are.
Six: if the train is late then all you can do is carry on waiting.
We don’t take the train; we; have a fleet of cars.
Seven: when you pass the half way mark, don’t look back.
We will vote with you on that.
Eight: the best way to treat a lady is to give her everything she wants.
Yes, that is most definitely true.
Nine: claustrophobia comes with the territory of self doubt. How are we breathing?
So, so, you know.
Ten: when you find that you’re nowhere, call a taxi and go home.
I’m coming with you, right?

Oh, I was roasting pork pies by the dozen on the wireless station, when the doorbell rang and caused me to go all demigod kind of thing, and arranging my shifts all over the place to become this alien thing to go answer it and maybe break out a smile or crack a few heads with my scorn.
Fear it was that made me this way. Oh, what have they done to me?
We will chase gypsies all over the place, but we will never turn you back on yourself; said the fear machine to be believed all over the place on its seventh million honking.

How do you know your enemy?
When he pretends to be on your side.
And how do you know your mistress?
When she pretends to be on the other side.
And this amounts to what exactly?

I was remembering being at the psychiatrists the other day, you know, going through the question and answer thing and trying to appear to look my best and normal in between the gaps and the blurs and thinking too much, when I heard the wind calling me, but when I looked up I found it was just the train pulling in.
