Good afternoon, dear community! I send you a big hug from Argentina. Today we are going to review some changes in the office. 😎
En esta primera foto ya estamos viendo el resultado final de la nueva oficina pequeña. Este lugar fue ganado a un espacio que antes era un pasillo al lado de la puerta de ingreso al ministerio. Fue cerrado y lo hicimos parte de la oficina.
In this first photo we can already see the final result of the new small office. This space was gained from a space that was previously a hallway next to the entrance door to the ministry. It was closed off and we made it part of the office.
El día antes de la pintura en las paredes me habían traído los muebles nuevos. Con mi gente comenzamos a probarlos en diferentes configuraciones para observar cuál nos convenía más, sabiendo que el espacio no es grande.
Una vez que nos decidimos, la gente de informática, la de electricidad y la de servicios generales comenzaron a instalar los enchufes, las líneas de red y la pintura blanca para las paredes.
The day before the walls were painted, the new furniture had been delivered to me. My team and I began to try them out in different configurations to see which one suited us best, knowing that the space is not large.
Once we had decided, the IT, electrical and general services people began to install the sockets, the network lines and the white paint for the walls.
¡El resultado fue excelente! Paredes nuevas, recién pintadas, red lista para conectar las nuevas pcs, nuevos muebles, escritorios, sillas. Poco a poco le vamos dando un lavado de cara y modernizando una oficina que hace tiempo que no tenía nada nuevo.
The result was excellent! New walls, freshly painted, network ready to connect the new PCs, new furniture, desks, chairs. Little by little we are giving a facelift and modernizing an office that hasn't had anything new for a long time.
Ahora el área de Recursos Humanos puede estar unificada en un solo sector. También solicité que esté bien calefaccionada tanto para verano como para invierno, ya que se encuentra al lado de la ventana y les puedo asegurar que se sufría bastante antes de las modificaciones.
Ellas, mis compañeras de Recursos Humanos, aún no vieron nada de esto. Recién lo verán el lunes que viene. Muero por ver sus caras cuando vean su nuevo sitio de trabajo. 🤗
Now the HR area can be unified in one single sector. I also requested that it be well heated for both summer and winter, since it is located next to the window and I can assure you that it suffered a lot before the modifications.
They, my colleagues in HR, have not seen any of this yet. They will only see it next Monday. I am dying to see their faces when they see their new workplace. 🤗
Ahora es tiempo de estrenar la oficina y mi escritorio. A firmar papeles. Y luego ya nos concentramos en el arreglo de las puertas magnéticas de la privada del ministerio. ¡A seguir trabajando! 💪
