It is summer again. The time of year where the crops have to be planted. The weather is too hot for working outside, especially when the field is empty and there is tree shades or wind to make the weather smoother for those who work outside. He went out to start planting to make the field greener. His only son, who was 9 years old at the time, has followed him, carrying greens to plant. He offered what he could to help his father. There maybe no expression to measure the amount of joy that gave him. He saw his father as the best in everything, and he wanted to become just like him when he grow up. But, as soon as he voice his ambition out, his father kept telling him that he wanted him to be better.
This was 42 years ago, he just retired from an office job recently. He has two kids of his own now. He realized how his father felt at the time; being in his place right now. He just understood his father at this age. He understood that he was having a difficult life. But, he made things seem easy and under control, just to make sure that his family would not worry about anything. The difficulty was not in pretending that the circumstances were different. But, in living on daily basis as if they were.
