It can't be easily bought where I live and a few months ago I searched for it. It's interesting to read about these weeds and how they easily grow into woods in the ocean. Can you imagine that?
Seaweed was never part of our meal. No idea why but I guess it's too expensive and it will never be cheap. We should ear more veggies and fruits but they cost a lot over here. At times more than some meat. That doesn't make it attractive to people to change their food habbits.
At a Chinese site I saw seaweed for sale but since I have no idea what it looks like once it arrived here -after weeks of travelling- I let it be. Instead I bought kelp. Kelp is a weed too but not seaweed if I am informed well. If these tablets do the trick it's hard to tell. To be honest I can't tell the difference which is the same for each (vitamine or mineral) I take.
