Whole block of mince + chili cheese slices = cheeseburger?

Was absolutely delicious.

Microwaved the cheese so it melts nicely.

I used a 500 gram block of mince meat and compressed it down to a flat smash patty but it sort of rebounded back during cooking anyway like those memory foam things.

Oh well was still amazing.

Normally I don't have these chili cheese slices but my brother didn't want them and it was 99% clean anyway.
