My Lunch Menu, Egg Salad Coco Ichibanya

What food do you eat when rains like cats and dogs?

I guess you will mention the noodles, right?

It's not wrong at all but at this time, when it's raining I have a craving to eat salad. Egg salad.

Last month, when I free, I went to Lebak Bulus to visited the hydroponic farm. At that time, rains like cats and dogs so I and my friends should to pending our light-trip and stopped by at Points Mall because we have not lunch yet.

From all tenants there, we chosen Coco Ichiban, a Japanese restaurant. The reason why we end up in Coco Ichiban because that restaurant was close from the door, so we can not seen the other one.

Just because it's Japanese Restaurant, my friend ordered the Curry, meanwhile I chosen the salad. I don't want to heavy lunch and make my stomach full, so I decided to order Egg Salad.

So, here's my Egg Salad

My egg salad, as you can spot, the egg was on the top so you could captured it first. Then other ingredients was celery, tomatoes, cucumber, corn, mustard, union, and lolorosa.

The salad dressing of course, as the last touch...

At the first bite, I eaten the yummy egg, with lots dressing. Then the celery with corn, and egg again, until the egg have no leftovers. I eaten the last things is cucumber because honestly I don't kinda like cucumber. So, just because the dressing is yummy, I eaten it.

For this egg salad, Coco Ichiban charged me IDR 54.000 or US 3.24. That price is expensive but for once order, it was still okay. May be, after this I want to make my own salad with affordable ingredients...

Anyway... Hasta La Vista...
