Hola HIVE | HELLO HIVE

Hola a Todos💕💕

Hello Everyone💕💕💕.

Have you ever seen the Hack Squat at the gym where you train and know how to workout with it? Today I show you how to use it and here I explain the benefits of including the Hack Squat in your routine.

The Hack Squat is a machine where we perform a type of squat. It has a backrest and a support to place the discs.

Like any squat is a multi-joint exercise, and the Hack Squat is not far behind, here you work mostly your quads and glutes, you also work your hamstrings and calves. And it goes without saying that it challenges your mobility a lot.

I invite you to watch this video, where I assure you that you will be encouraged to train on this machine and be eager to train those legs. See you next time 💕😁🥰
