VISION
Vision in this context is the ability to see what you want to become, where you want to be at a particular time and what you what to achieve there.... Or it can be a vivid, imaginative conception or anticipation of the future....
From the definition, we can see that this deals with purpose.... Cause what you want to become in the future is more like your purpose.... In simple terms, vision is seeing the future from now...it is also understanding the purpose of God for your life and it is also the spiritual and mental picture of your life....
IMPORTANCE OF VISION
Vision births value. The bigger your vision, the bigger your value. Value attracts both opportunity and people.
Vision generates impact. The size of your vision determining in bed the weight of your vision.
Without vision, life will be a waste and burden....Without vision, destiny will be a weight...without vision.
Vision births discipline. A man of vision does not go along with anything. A man of vision lives a life that is conscious of his priorities.. Vision disciplines your action and narrows down your vision down your pursuit. For example a vision of becoming a graphic designer... And then you get #100,000 from someone....cause of your vision you can't just spend that money....instead of spending that money anyhow... You will go for something that is a priority like a laptop.
Vision gives value to time. Men of vision don't joke with time.
Vision makes you dominate and control your habit. Vision starves your appetite. Vision keeps you awake when you world(people around you) is asleep. Vision brings insight and revelation. Vision births excellence and when you become and excellent person, you will do common things uncommonly well....
HOW TO VISION-DRIVEN
Be in God....give your life to Christ. Cause He created everyone on this earth and gave each of them their purposes...... So if you are in him.... You will be driven in the right vision....
Have a plan....always have a plan and write it out... (Habakkuk 2: 2 & 3)...any man that does not plan, does have a control over his/her future..... For example, you wake up in the morning without a plan of how your day will look like..... And a friend calls and ask you to accompany him/her to a place that is not genuine for you, you will be tempted because you didn't plan your day..... Always learn to plan your day well...... Anything you want to do in life requires planning...
**VISIIN BLURERS **
Lack of value for time. Time is life and life is time.
The crave to belong. This is one thing that has put people on the wrong that... Especially youth.... Maybe you have been called to become a cook and you have noted that you are good at it.... But the people around you are doctors, engineers, lawyers and you want to be one of them..... Now you will be on the wrong path....just focus on what you are good at and with time you will be a boss at it....
Conflicting and complicating pursuit.
Lack of intimacy with God. In anything we do in life the Bible has urged us to put God first....
In all we need to be visionary in order to have a bright future......
