How to be a visionary leader:
Visionary leaders live in the future but act in the present. When you want to build a house, you first invite and archect (God) to paint and plant the picture in your mind; by that, you see how beautiful it is, what deserves to be there and not deserve to be there, and you start working towards bringing it to life by acting in the present circumstance and situation of the picture in your mind.
Visionaries live in the future while acting in the present; that is how to be a visionary leader. Believe that the future you envision is already here while living the present. Because you can't reach where you dnt first picture and construct in your mind.
This is why God, who made us, links to us through our vision. He plants his plan in our vision to cause us to act on it in our present circumstances and situations to attain and manifest it by our actions towards it.
When you follow your own goals in the world and life you didn't create (foundation), you will lose track like the devil and build a structure that can't stand on a foundation that is not your own that you didn't lay.
How do you know what can stand on what you didn't start yourself? That is how working with God is: he laid the foundation of life and the world. You can't put structures on it without his original design for it; otherwise, you are putting up a structure that will eventually collapse because the foundation and structure don't align. Working with God is denying your own needs and putting his needs and plans of his vision first so your structure can stand on his own foundation.
That is how the argument among chhristains that God doesn't have a church scattered the structure of Christianity God has planned with the coming and death of Jesus, and you can see how misalignment with God's plan for his church has kept Christians struggling as against other religions, calling them infidels.
If you deny that you are infidels as Christians, the truth about how to be faithful to God will not be given to you, but if you accept the truth of what you've done wrong, the solution will come in handy. Problems you dnt accept or admit to, to exist; you can't find an answer on how to fix it.
That is why when Catholics come for confession, we first say father sorry we have sinned, and these are our sins. We admit our sins, feel sorry for them, and list them accordingly; then God fixes us. You can't fix what you dnt admit.
This is why God dnt easily work with men, because they hardly admit to their sins, and the ego they live in denies of God.
Women easily admit to the errors of their ways and commit to God more than men are willing to do because of ego and pride to remain right.
