¿Qué sería de una deliciosa hamburguesa sin un pan perfectamente esponjoso y sabroso que la sostenga? Hoy te mostrare cómo preparar tu propio pan de hamburguesa , para que puedas disfrutar de una experiencia gourmet en la comodidad de tu hogar o cualquier lugar. ¡Prepárate para sorprender a tus invitados con esta receta irresistible!
Está es una receta que fui mejorando para conseguir un pan más sabroso y esponjoso. Yo soy panadero y a pesar que ahora no estoy trabajando en panadería estoy trabajando en un restaurante y en el restaurante soy el encargado de hacer los panes de hamburguesas, amigos está es una receta muy facil de hacer. Yo los panes los elaboró con máquinas que me facilitan el trabajo, pero de igual forma lo pueden elaborar sin máquinas en sus casas.

Ingredientes:

• 950g de harina de trigo
• 30g de levadura seca
• 500ml de leche tibia
• 1 huevo
• 200g de mantequilla
• 200g de azúcar
• 20g cucharadita de sal
  30 gr de esencia de nata o vainilla blanca.

Instrucciones:

1. En la batidora grande, mezcla la harina, la levadura, el azúcar y la sal.
2. Agrega la leche tibia, el huevo y la mantequilla y batir hasta que se forme una masa.
3. Batir por lo menos 5 minutos, hasta que esté suave y elástica.
4. Sacar la masa y engrasar la superficie con un poquito de aceite.
5. Divide la masa en porciones del tamaño deseado y en forma de una esfera, yo normalmente los peso a 120gr cada pan.
6. Colócalos en una bandeja engrasado, yo utilizo moldes de hamburguesa.
7. Precalienta el horno a 180°C.
8. Hornea los panes durante unos 15-20 minutos, o hasta que estén dorados por fuera y cocidos por dentro.
9. ¡Listo! Ahora puedes disfrutar de tu pan de hamburguesa con tus ingredientes favoritos.
