Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a beer-time treat. Chicharon Bulaklak is a Filipino dish or treat that consists of pork intestines being deep-fried to perfection. The term Bulaklak means Flower in Filipino. It is very fitting considering the fact that then intestines (when fried) resembles a flower. It is usually served with a vinegar sauce and can be paired with a nice and cold beer.
