🥬 1 cup finely grated cabbage
🥕 1 cup finely grated carrot
🧅 1 medium chopped onion
🌿 A small amount of chopped scallion
💧 1/4 cup water
🧂 1 tsp salt
🌶️ 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1- Prepare the Dough:

4- Fill and Fold the Buuz:

  • Ensure the dumplings are well-sealed.

5- Steam the Buuz:

  • Arrange the buuz in a Cuisinart multi-layered steamer.
  • Boil water in the bottom pot of the steamer, and place the trays with buuz over the boiling water.
  • Steam the dumplings: 15-20 minutes for fresh buuz, or approximately 30 minutes for frozen ones.
