Chicken Reshmi Kabab Recipe

Chicken Reshmi Kabab is a delectable South Asian dish known for its creamy and rich texture. Ingredients

🐔 700 gm Chicken Mince
🧂 Salt
🌶️ 6 Green Chilies
🧅 1 Onion, chopped
🌿 5 gm Green Coriander (cilantro)
🧈 200 gm Butter
🧄 3 Garlic Cloves
🧃 5 gm Ginger, chopped
🌿 2 TSP Coriander Powder
🌿 1 & ½ TSP Cumin Powder
🌶️ 1 TSP Garam Masala Powder
🌶️ 1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
🌶️ 1 TSP White Pepper Powder
🥥 2 TBSP Coconut Powder
🍶 Cooking Oil


Instructions

1- Prepare the Kabab Mixture:

  • Use a food processor to combine chicken mince, butter, white pepper, salt, black pepper, green coriander, onion, coconut powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
  • Blend until you have a coarse paste.

2- Refrigerate:

  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.

3- Shape the Kababs:

  • With oil-coated hands, take portions of the mixture.
  • Form elongated cylindrical shapes.

4- Pan-Fry:

  • Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Lightly fry each kabab until they are golden brown on all sides.

5- Oven Bake:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Brush an oven tray with oil and place the fried kababs on it.
  • Lightly brush the top of the kababs with oil and bake for 10 minutes until cooked through.
