I don't even know how I was selected after receiving a good amount of Likes on the page with "Coffee is better with you, if the photo I posted in the profile for the contest was so pathetic.
I presume that my friend Kley has something to do with all this and that she somehow created multiple profiles to vote for me. The truth is that the day has arrived and now I have the opportunity to ask coffee related questions while 3 girls interested in dating me will answer.
The good thing is that I will be able to hear their voices, listening to their timbre of voice and the way they deliver the answers can make me feel comfortable or uncomfortable, this seems to me even more important than the answer itself, considering that I won't be able to see them until the end.
I have the questions I will ask well memorized, I hope I don't sound like a robot and I can relax, it won't be long now, I inhale and exhale while I imagine that a soft drizzle of freshly ground coffee caresses my face.
I keep thinking about the questions:
Do you prefer to drink coffee at home or in a coffee shop?
With this question I intend to get an idea of how much of a homebody a person is, even if from time to time they like to go to a coffee shop, I think I would feel much more affinity for someone who prefers more intimate and homey environments.
Would you drink coffee prepared with a cloth strainer or would you reject it?
I would like to be able to get a sense of a person's simplicity, it's fine if they don't like it and prefer other methods of brewing coffee, however, I would like to hear their motives and especially the way they say it.
What is the maximum time you could go without coffee?
I would not like to hear answers like "not a single day" or "I cannot live without coffee". Something maybe like "I would not like to go a single day without coffee, but if it is missing for reasons beyond my control or if I have to do it for my well-being, I would try to relax about it".
Do you prefer to drink your coffee alone or with friends?
An answer like, "A coffee, you and me right now would be great," would melt me a little....
However, with this question I intend to get an idea of whether the person gives importance to his or her moment of connection with himself or herself.
I have had a couple of coffee-loving couples with similar tastes when it comes to drinking coffee: hot, intense and with a little bit of sweetener, but both very different from each other, one dominant and controlling and the other sweet and docile.
Everything has to do with everything? Maybe, although many things are not determinant.
This has been my participation for #STB COFFEE PROMPT (WEEK 66).
