ENGLIS VERSIÓN

Hello!

Once again, desire turned into habit makes me stop by this community to taste a cup of that legendary nectar that, like the tenth spinel, has been flattened on the Caribbean island.

I always maintain the criterion that the coffee that is most enjoyed is homemade coffee, the one that is drunk in one's own home, in that of a relative or in that of a friend or acquaintance, because, in addition to the triad of powder, sugar and water, there is that intimate touch that distinguishes it from those sold in stores. cafes, restaurants and other public places, even if they specialize in this type of infusions.

There are other things that adorn the act of drinking coffee that are also missing in those depersonalized places, like when when you arrive at a friend's house they tell you: "You're lucky, I just brewed coffee!" Or: "Don't go, I'm going to do a little laundry for you before you leave!"

That is also savored.

It is also very good and nice when they surprise you, as happened to me today, with the news that you are going to try for the first time a brand of exquisite nectar that you didn't even know existed.

I have the authorized habit of passing by every day, or almost every day, at a niece's house, really a sister's, but with the niece I have more empathy, to have a cup of coffee, which more or less brews around nine-thirty to ten in the morning, when the energy from the solar panelsIt is in optimal conditions to, as they say, lift the equipment, including the electric stove.

La Guajira, as we all called her, was waiting for my routine visit, and as soon as she entered the kitchen, very excited, she raised her hand in which she showed a small packet of Pilón coffee, which although I have heard it mentioned, I had never tried.

Excited, she opened the package so he could see that there was no invention and that it was first-hand. Without mixing, I was respecting the promotion of 100% coffee, that is, without peas.

Espresso and one hundred percent coffee are a matter to negotiate with my palate, so accustomed to the half-pea, half-coffee invention.

I assure you that, although at first it tasted a little strange to me, in the end coffee is coffee and the rest, well, is an invention.

Too bad my niece can't give me this surprise every morning to keep my licensed habit high quality. But today was a different and special laundry. In addition, I also appreciate the mixing every day, which is guaranteed.

Thank you for joining me in this tacit morning.

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

¡Hola!
