Halo-halo is a very popular dessert which is a mixture of crushed ice, milk, ingredients including, ube, sweetened beans, coconut, sago, gulaman, fruit slices, stick.o and topped with a scoop of ice cream. Most Filipino loves to eat halo-halo especially in this summer because it's so hot and people needs to be cold by eating dessert.Halo-halo is likened to Filipino culture and is branded as king of Filipino desserts.
So earlier me and my 2 brothers goes to the nearest "Monbis" branch, a halo-halo store that is known for making a desserts like halo-halo. So far "Monbis" is the best halo-halo maker in Cebu Philippines in my own opinion.
