Bebang Halo Halo is a popular premium Filipino dessert famous for replacing traditional shaved ice with frozen, shaved full-cream milk. It makes the ice tastes like ice cream making it more delicious. Halo Halo literally means "mix mix". It's a mixture of many sweet ingredients like purple yam, leche flan, jack fruit, banana, sweet corn and other traditional fruits and ingredients. It's pricey compared to others but if you want a premium treat then you have to try this at least once.
