wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into chips. Reserve in water.
Grate the cheese.
Cut the garlic clove in half and rub on a ceramic ramequin.
Boil the potatoes by concentration in milk for about 8 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and nutmeg, stirring every so often to prevent the
milk and potatoes stick to the bottom of the pan. When they are well cooked
drain and reserve.
PREPARATION:
Arrange the potato chips on the plate or ramequin and bathe with the cream
milk. Pepper.
Place cubes of butter on potatoes, grated cheese and roast
