Happy weekend 
When we arrived, the tamarind trees were already waiting for us hanging heavy on every branches. The kids got excited and went up to get the sampaloc. And we make sure to take some nice selfies too, the background was full of grass and soil that we don't have right now. It’s not every day we get to enjoy this kind of simple adventure together. We can freely walk, we even want to live in the abandon house. But it's really creepy, we don't want to peek inside.
Ria kept laughing while picking the tiny flowers because she said the leaves are “tickling” her hands. My eldest, on the other side, climbed a little higher to reach the bigger fruits. We took pictures of them smiling and holding the bunch of tamarind. I taught of selling them too LoL.
But not everything went smooth. while we are busy making the most of the time, my son suddenly shouted. At first, I thought he slipped, but it turns out he got bitten by a bee hiding near leaves. He felt numb, we checked the sting right away and I took a photo so I will know what to do just in case. After a few minutes, he said he was okay and continued picking again. Kids really forget pain fast when they are happy.
After filing our plastic bag, we sat near the edge of the island and looked at the endless water while resting. My kids said; You know, Ria, all the water you see used to be just land. We walk we run and enjoy all of this unlikely now.
It's getting hot we needed to go home, we don’t need expensive trips. Moments like this already memorable. We will go back next week and will definitely spend more time in our own special island.
