New Posting Format

In other not to make our post look repetitive, I’ll be doing a new introductory post about what @upvotebuilders all about and put that as a link in new post that goes out. This so that our post only come with current updates and anyone interested in joining goes to the introductory pages to read up about us.

With the way it is presented now a first timer to our page is able to grab all the information they want and join if they choose to, it is easier. However, the blockchain is changing and we have to change with it.

I use this opportunity to appeal to all members, though I check through your postings before adding you to the group, it is increasingly becoming important that we continue to create good contents.

• Don’t just post a picture without a description of what the picture is all about. Add some text to it so that views can understand what the picture is all about.

• Picture credit: If a picture is not originally yours please put a link to where you got the picture so that honor is given to the original owner.

• Be as original in you content as you can.

• Avoid plagiarism and other actions that will draw negative actions against your post.

The HF21/22 comes with it a lot of changes and downvoting users you do not like or disagree with their post or comment is a part of it. Yes, many are not given the opportunity to make adjustments or even understand what is allowed and what is not allowed so they get downvoted. Even for some of us that think we know a bit of what is happening we still get the downvotes from people of negative Rep and people that haven’t posted in the last 3 months. There are some that have been hit by large accounts and have seen their earnings wiped out.

I’ve noticed a lot of downvotes going to users that promote their post through bid bots (including bid bot operated by the tribes). I can’t tell you not to use them but there are people who full bad about people using them and they downvote such post. I received a -$10 downvote for using a tribe token to promote one of my post that was greatly accept and read by many the other day and my own personal decision is that I am not using any of the bid bots again until whenever, there is a change. I also use to use bid bot to promote other members post I found interesting that my 100% upvote looked too small as a reward on, but that too is put on hold.

I read a lot of smaller account posts regularly and I see the complaints, I also see a lot of big account owners that say they are not seeing good contents to vote on. I can only ask that you just do the best you can and enjoy what you do, the rewards might not come now but maybe someday it will.

We all want a good Steem Blockchain and we need to work together to get us to that place. I believe a lot of patience is important at this point. Thank you.

SP Leasing

All old and new lease offers has been taken safe for 1 100 SP offer. We have gone close to 35k SP and my eyes are on 40k hopefully soon too. I will be extending some of the SP leases about that are about to expire so that we can lease more SP after the next power down income is received.

Membership @upvotebuilders is by DELEGATION ONLY, it is not a paid for community. If you want to sponsor the community you can freely delegate SP to us and specify that it is for sponsorship or you can send us Steem/SBD to lease more SP. Our sponsors don’t receive upvotes from the community account except they specifically want to be a member and also sponsor the community in the way they feel best for them.

To join just delegate SP to @upvotebuilders based on the membership level you want to belong to according to the chart below

Level 1: 10 - 49 SP delegation - 3% voting weight
Level 2: 50 - 99 SP delegation - 6% voting weight
Level 3: 100 - 249 SP delegation - 12% voting weight
Level 4: 250 - 499 SP delegation - 18% voting weight
Level 5: 500 - 999 SP delegation - 27% voting weight
Level 6: 1,000 – 2,499 SP delegation - 36% voting weight
Level 7: 2,500 – 4,999 SP delegation - 45% voting weight
Level 8: 5,000 – 7,499 SP delegation - 54% voting weight
Level 9: 7,500 and above gets you 60% voting weight

All membership delegation levels will receive one upvote daily (every 24 hours) this is to curtail abuse of the system. You can always increase, decrease or undelegate to @upvotebuilders at any time and we will adjust your voting weight accordingly.

How To Delegate @upvotebuilders

Goto https://steembottracker.com/bottracker.html,

• Click on "Tools" and then "Delegation Manager".

• Enter your username without "@" symbol as Delegator name.

• Click on "Load" button.

• Write "upvotebuilders" as Delegatee name.

• Enter amount as Steem Power.

• Click on "Delegate!" button.

• Steemconnect page will open and now you should click on "Continue" button to approve delegation.

You can also undelegate using this method by changing the delegation value to 0. Thank you.
