Halo-halo or Haluhalo is a popular Filipino dessert. Shaved ice mixed with sweetened beans, gulaman (gelatin), macapuno (young coconut), ube (purple yam), jackfruit, evaporated milk, and sugar. Topped with rice crispies or corn flakes, leche flan, and your choice of ice cream!🍦
