The last time I saw these flowers was 7-8 months ago when during the hot summer days they bloomed on many plants in a row in the park near my house. The name of this flower matches its personality so much that this time I did not need to search for its identity on Google Lens again. Yes, I still remember its name. :)
These are the beautiful yellow elder trumpet flowers!
This is another plant that has just bloomed its last flowers of the season. This information is obviously something I got by searching about it on the internet.
In most varieties of this flower, flowers bloom only from spring to summer and here it is early winter time, but flowers have bloomed on these and there are many buds too, looking at which it seems that perhaps these plants can continue flowering for a few more weeks.
But there is a problem with this. It is indeed very soothing to see blooming flowers but it is also important to see what the plant is doing. When I looked away from the beautiful flowers, I saw that the condition of the leaves of these plants was very bad.
As you can see, most of the leaves appear to suffer from some kind of disease. After doing some research on this, I found out that this problem can occur for many reasons, including some insect attacks, and in some cases, this problem can also arise due to poor air circulation, which I can't do anything about as it is harming us too.
Well, apart from poor air circulation, I also noticed some kind of insects and ants in these plants, especially near the buds and flowers. I don't know what it is but hopefully the authorities taking care of this place will provide these plants with the right treatment and make them healthy again.
