I think these photos were about a month later in spring than it is now, but are a reminder to what is coming here in the mountains for hikes and exploration.
This is a remote canyon I'd love to revisit this year, as its about 15km hike one way, so remote enough there is never anyone else there. The banks of the creek go up a couple hundred meters in some areas, so its quite the landscape as well.
Some awesome landscape here to explore. I love those distant views of these creeks valleys.
Closer up, they are more than you'd expect and offer endless hiking views to enjoy.
Hiking down to sections of the river, reveal some sweet riverside camp spots, I might just have to get out here with some gear and a hammock for an overnight.
A great area in the foothills for a spring adventure before the rest of the snow melts deeper in the mountains.
