Hi friends, Hive, how are you today, I hope you are always healthy and can carry out normal activities. So before the departure day of our tour to Takengon, my friends and I played futsal at night to make our bodies sweat and fresh.
We played at 11 pm and were ready at 12 pm, but because the owner of futsal was very close to us he gave us more time and continued the game until 12:30 pm, ready to play we rested back to the gathering place to discuss plans to leave the next day and ready to talk - we went home each at 1:30 am.
Morning
And as I suspected in the morning we were late from the agreed plan, yes we just woke up at 9 am and left at 10 am, we deviated by about an hour but that's okay because we were an hour late for our tour it seemed like it had become a hallmark🤣, we arrived at the Mount Salak area at 12 noon and the weather that day was very supportive with the sun shining brightly but the cool mountain air made our trip so perfect to go through.
midday
We arrived in Takengon city at 2 pm, when we got there we entered the Pondok Baru area to look for lunch, the cold weather in Takengon made us very hungry and the air like this made us want to sleep because we are people who live in the coast who usually do activities with fresh air. It's hot and today you have to do activities with cold and humid weather, it's like having a day in December which is identical to the rainy season.
After eating we went straight to the tourist attractions in the city of Takengon such as Laut Tawar, but not according to expectations, all the overnight plans we made to enter the destination could not be entered because of the Lockdown on tourist attractions, then we looked for the next tourist spot and chose climbing the peak of Burning Telong, climbing the peak with an automatic motorbike really made my motorbike work extra how could I not smell the burning smell and the sound of my motorbike pulling was different. Arriving at the top we were disappointed again that Burning Telong was also closed, we were silent for a moment confused about what to do, then we discussed going down because below there was a good photo spot even though it was only on the side of the road, when we arrived at that place we immediately posed with our respective styles and capture the moment itself.
I chose to pose sitting with the background of Laut Tawar, in the process of taking this photo it was quite difficult because there were many motorbikes passing by in front of us which made me have to move several times for fear of being hit🤣. Whether it's luck after getting the desired picture, it suddenly rained with strong winds making us have to find shelter, I don't know what would happen if it rained during the shooting process, we would be more disappointed because we couldn't capture this happy moment.
After the rain stopped we went to go down but when it came down there was a postman who called us and said that the Buntul Rintis tourist spot was open so we went straight to that place, when we got there the tour manager told us to park the vehicle behind so we wouldn't see it, it seems they opened the place this tour is illegal without complying with the protocol, to be honest I also can't fully blame them because they also need money to meet their daily needs, the attraction that is pegged to enter this place is 10,000rp and parking is 5,000 thousand, we went straight in and saw the spot - a good spot to take pictures after the selected spot we immediately took pictures.
After we were satisfied, we took pictures, we immediately moved to go home because we didn't want to arrive at Mount Panglima at night.
Afternoon
In the afternoon the weather started to get cloudy again with strong winds blowing lucky I got a nice sunset moment that afternoon, you can see in the photo that the overcast clouds are so thick you can see above. And what I fear is true, we arrived in the mountains at 7 pm, at that time I was a little afraid because the Panglima mountain area was so winding and there was a hole in the road, I fell into a bitch hole several times so I didn't panic and could control the vehicle well.
Night
We arrived in the city of Biruen at 9 pm, we drove more than two hours in the mountains and luckily we were fine and nothing bad happened, we immediately looked for food when we got to the city because we were very hungry, after we finished eating and rested we decided to continue the journey back to Lhokseumawe.
Arriving in Lhokseumawe we decided to have a coffee and let go of the fatigue we felt from driving all day.
