Here's my day after Actifit report as I was on the road (again) giving a rescued puppy a ride across Arizona. At least I had enough time to get in a little bit of a walk.
I was up at 3AM and on the road in the dark - nice to watch the sun rise.
We forgot there wasn't the time change crossing into New Mexico so I had the chance to walk a bit while we waited.
It was just a flat walk around our meet spot in East Gallup where it's just hotels and restaurants so not much to get excited about but it wad easy.
After that it was 5 hours with Baloo
We were so exhausted it was pretty much straight to bed when we got home.
Hope to do better today.
