A much needed day of thunderstorms here in central Arizona.
Of course the air became nice and humid in between the rains but the nice reduction in the temperature for a much more comfortable run this morning.
My legs still felt a bit tired and heavy after my 9 hours driving yesterday but overall not bad (and 17 year old Tippy was happy).
I finished up my day with a little bit of a run in the often pouring rain to head to the Safeway for a little bit of grocery shopping. Not that strenuous of an effort, more just to loosen up my legs and enjoy the cool rain.
Hopefully it will remain cool and cloudy for a few days so that we can head up north to explore Williams, AZ for a nice traveling trip.
