A productive Wednesday for my Actifit report.

Today's run was a good comeback after spending yesterday up on Sedona with my family for some time to enjoy the beautiful Red Rocks country.
A nice long run on some of my local (and favorite) trails this morning - nice and peaceful except for the birds out and about. No problems with social distancing out on the trails (not that run with many others when I'm training).

Glad to easily get in over 10 miles today and I'm hoping to continue to push my daily mileage to 10 miles or more. With all of the ultramarathons being pushed out to the end of the Summer or Fall means that I have plenty of time to train. Just hope I can run well when the races finally are a go.
Unfortunately for the doggies the city is doing maintenance on the dog park this week so my girls aren't very happy not to see and play with all their canine friends this week.

Oh well, things are quiet enough around here with very little Covid-19 problems, only a dozen cases a 3 hospital patients so not the "emergency " everyone is worrying about or wearing their useless masks that are ad effective as wearing a screen door over their faced (yes Dorothy, viruses are really, really, REALLY fucking SMALL!!!).
We can't return to some sense of normality soon enough although most people will have happily given up a large amount of their liberties by then
