My Actifit Report Card: October 19 2023 || IAAC DAY #526 || My Birds Arrived Safely Today
Hi Everyone
It's another beautiful Thursday and it's with great pleasure that I'm welcoming everyone to my blog and I hope you're all doing well and having a great day.
I wake so early today prior to meet up the birds distributor because I have made an order for 50 numbers of a day old broiler chicks last night. Our agreement is to meet up early in the morning today at our usual spot to collect my birds.
Seriously, I should have brought in my bird's a week ago but I was waiting wether the price will come down a little because broilersbird chick are very expensive this time around due to the festive season around the corner. The last time I bought 50 numbers of a day old chicks, it cost me #17,500 ($15.6) but this time around I bought exactly the same number of birds at the rate of #42,500 ($37.8) with a difference of #24,948 ($22.2) which is more than enough to buy exactly the same numbers of birds before. But what can I do, that's how the market can sometimes be.
I arrived so earlier to the venue I'm supposed to meet the chicks distributor man so I have to wait for for him. While patiently sitting somewhere waiting for him, I took some pictures and while doing so the man arrived and I received a carton of broilersbird chicks.
I went back home and straight to the pen since I have already tidy things up. I make sure to dip each and everyone of them in to drinker which contains a combination of water, glucose and drugs.
After some minutes, I have to put some charcoal in to the charcoal pot and burn it to provide the much heat needed for the brooding stage.
