There were two of them before this photo was taken. They were delicious and there's a good chance you have what you need to make some like them.
Here's what I used
- eggs x 3
- sliced turkey x 3
- sliced ham x 3
- tortillas x 2
- mayonnaise
- ketchup
If you are like me, you always have eggs and tortillas on hand. I pan fried my sliced meats and scrambled my eggs (I use a brawler's variation of the Gordon Rhamsey method). I mixed the condiments in a cup and dalloped it onto the tacos. I almost used salsa but didn't have any that would suffice. Crisis inverted.
