I am in my pre-weekend, last week I had the need to go out on public transport and I really will not repeat it, it was a stressful day that I do not want to remember.
I still feel uncertain about the situation of the Pandemic due to Covid-19, so I will not leave home unless it is by private car. I will follow my routine that I have programmed in isolation and which I must confess is gratifying for me.
It caused me to eat bread for breakfast and to avoid going to the nearest bakery, I decided to do it myself, when we make what we consume we guarantee that it is of good quality and unique flavor because you put the personal touch on it.
I called it cheese-filled craving bread.
Ingredients:
2 cups of Flour without leavening
1 teaspoon granulated yeast
½ teaspoon of Salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
¾ cup of warm water
Vanilla
Put the flour in a bowl, make a hole.
and there add the granulated yeast, sugar and a little water.
Wait about 3 minutes for the yeast to open a little with the water, this if you have time if you don't have it, then it doesn't matter anyway the bread comes out.
Add the rest of the water and knead until all the flour that is around the bowl is unified.
After resting the flour, spread or make balls to form the bread, I wanted to make a half moon of bread, I spread the dough, added a layer of white cheese and rolled it up.
Flour a flat surface, make the bread with the shape you want.
Let stand until they lift it can be 1 hour or when you see that they raised well.
Take them in an oven already preheated to 180º C. and cook for about 15 or 20 minutes, until they are golden brown.
Then, you take them out and serve it hot, they can spread whatever you want, I added peach jam and served with a chocolate drink.
