I am very fond of eating peppers with yoghurt, the recipe of which I will give you today. I prepare it not only for breakfast, but also for different meals of the day, especially when my guest comes, I do not make this recipe, because it is a recipe that is very popular with everyone, so I decided to prepare it this morning and I took the production stages to share with you. Necessary materials ;
- Green pepper
- Yogurt
- Garlic
- salt, paprika,
- Olive oil
Fabrication ;
First, wash and dry the peppers. If the peppers don't dry enough, the oil will splash everywhere and you'll have a hard time! Let's put the olive oil, then the garlic and red pepper in the pan you have taken to the stove.
Slowly put the peppers into the heated oil. Unfortunately, oil splashed while I was doing it, please put it carefully!
While the peppers are frying in the pan, on the other hand, let's spread our yogurt evenly under our plate and get a base.
