Today in the morning it was warm and sunny. After breakfast we left the house for a drink and a walk but as soon as we got in the car it started to rain. The sky has been acting out of season lately. For example, two days ago it was sunny and the next day it suddenly snowed. It's very interesting!
I find it hard to choose clothes when I leave the house. At the end of the day I'm either very cold or sweaty on the way home. It's impossible to keep up with the weather lately! Even though we were caught unprepared for the rain, I love the soothing sound of the rain and the wonderful smell when it meets the earth!
I used to hate getting wet, I used to wear make-up and style my hair with tongs a lot, and I never wanted it to rain. I didn't want my make-up and hair to get ruined. I'm in a phase where I don't care about that anymore. I hardly wear make-up, I don't style my hair and I stay away from clothes that make me uncomfortable. This phase of my life is very comfortable, I feel incredibly free.
I am more at peace and at peace with myself. Now, when I think of rain, I only think of the smell of the earth. My connection with nature is getting stronger every day and I feel alive... 🌱🌲🤍
