The weather in Istanbul was incredibly beautiful today! For a long time we had been trapped indoors because of the rainy and cold weather. When we saw the sunny weather, we went out early and enjoyed Istanbul until the evening. While we were going out, we made plans in our heads of many places we wanted to go. There were churches and historical places I wanted to visit. Places I haven't been for a long time. Since we were going to walk all day and we needed energy, we first went to Sishan to have something nice to eat. There are many famous brands here and it is a neighborhood that attracts both locals and tourists at all hours of the day.
When we first came here, we noticed a dense crowd and after a little bit of progress, we saw that the crowd had gathered for Nusret's place, which has made a world famous name. I didn't have this place in mind but we decided to eat here because I love Nusret's hamburger. It is very difficult to find a table at Nusret's place! Luckily they arranged a table for us and we ordered right away. I love the hamburger with black bread so that's what I usually order.
Nusret really knows his stuff! Even though I don't like some of his behavior, he does his job really well. It is impossible not to notice the flavor! Everyone who does their job well will definitely get what they deserve one day. Nusret is one of them. He made a great effort and now he is a well-known operator in the world.
