Today we went to a small village for dinner! Here the villagers sell their organic products prepared in their own homes in small stalls in front of their house. While shopping in the village, I saw cats sitting on the stalls and I was very happy. Organic, vinegar, eggs, dried fruits etc. You can find many natural products. Since I don't trust the organic labeled products sold in super markets, I usually do my shopping from the villagers. Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious! After shopping we went to a small place in the village and ordered such local food. The name of this soup is "Kelle paça", most people don't like it but it is incredibly useful and very tasty for me. I drink it every week for sure! It was also very delicious here. I drink this soup for healing, our elders used to tell us when we were little that this soup is very beneficial for health. At the end of the meal, we ordered our famous rice pudding dessert and tea. Dessert and a hot tea felt good in the cold weather! That's how we finished today. Tasty!
