A BIG HUG

I know I'm very late for this initiative of @eugelys (which was for January 21, which celebrates International Hug Day), and for Valentine's Day, which I also missed virtually, but since I'm a rebel and I do what I want, I deliver my hugs late, but sure!

So, without further ado, today I send a big hug from the Dominican Republic to all my Hive friends, especially to those who have been very close to me and have a space in my heart.

UN GRAN ABRAZO

Sé que llego bien tarde para esta iniciativa de @eugelys (que era para el día 21 de enero que celebra el Día internacional del Abrazo), y para San Valentín, que también me lo perdí virtualmente, pero como soy rebelde y hago lo que quiero entrego mis abrazos bien tarde, pero seguros!

Así que bueno, sin más preámbulos, el día de hoy les mando un abrazote desde República Dominicana a todos mis amigos de Hive, en especial a los que han tratado muy de cerca conmigo y tienen un espacio en mi corazón.

Cabe destacar, que los abrazos son muy importantes y tienen un sinnúmero de efectos positivos sobre el organismo, nos ayuda a reducir el estrés, la ansiedad, nos hace sentir queridos, reduce la presión arterial, nos desconecta por un momento, entre otras cosas.

Los abrazos son necesarios para nuestro desarrollo ¿Te imaginas un mundo sin abrazos?

Por ejemplo, en esta película Five Feet Apart (A un metro de ti) trata de cómo el contacto humano es tan importante, y ellos no lo pueden tener porque tienen dos enfermedades terminales que hacen que no puedan tener contacto con nada. Aún así, el amor hace que se enamoren, y se junten.
