The air fryer oven is an absolutely amazing piece of kitchen equipment. I don’t know what I’ve been doing in the kitchen without it. Truly an amazing piece of equipment because I can cook a tri-tip to absolute perfection in under 40 minutes, without heating up the whole house by using a conventional oven.
Recipe: 3 Lb Tri-tip roast
Salt and Pepper, garlic powder.
Season liberally.
Set air fryer over to 400°f for 10 mins a pound.
In this case 33 mins.
Then let rest in oven for 10 mins.
Carve and serve. Comes out perfect every time.
