Today, Waffles have been popular around the world with many different shapes and variations depending on the culture of the countries.
Today I want to share how to make waffles. Different from traditional waffles, waffle making is very easy to make, doesn't take much time, but the finished product is delicious and beautiful.

240g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
150g fresh milk without sugar
90g of unsweetened yogurt
100g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
80g unsalted butter (optional)
_1 tsp butterfly pea flower powder

🍳HOW TO MADE
Separate egg whites.
Beat the whites until foamy, divide the sugar into 3 times, slowly add the sugar to the whites and beat until the peaks stand.
Sift the flour into the bowl to add the yolks, fresh milk, and stir well. Add melted butter and stir until smooth.
Add a little egg white to the yolk mixture and mix well.
Put the yolk mixture into the egg white mixture and gently mix in one direction.
Put the cake mix in the waffle machine
Depending on the oven, the baking time will vary. My home machine bakes for about 3~4 minutes, then the cake is cooked.
Fresh milk cream for the bowl add a little sugar depending on the family's taste. Whip stand. In this part, I don't use cream, but I mix butterfly pea flower powder with 90 degrees boiling water to make a green mixture and add a new taste for fancy but more nutrition for my baby boy.
Fruits of your choice, washed, cut, and eaten.
The filling and crust are ready.
