Today I also want to share with you a recent recipe, especially this recipe is suitable for young children, or babies in the weaning period, the main ingredients of the dish are crab and squash. red. As you know crab is a food with a high nutritional content of calcium, and many other nutrients. And I combine crab, pumpkin, and rice into a nutritious and easy-to-eat porridge for my baby. She ate it very well so I wanted to share it with you as a new flavour so you can add variety to your kids' menu. I hope you will like them.
Ingredient:
- Crab: 2 medium-sized ones
- Pumpkin: 50-100g as you like
- Rice: 15 grams of rice
- Quinoa: 5g
- Lemongrass: 3 branches of lemongrass
- Spices: seasoning seeds for soup, baby oil, green onions.
Making:
Step 1: Wash crabs then drain.
Step2: Wash lemongrass thoroughly and cut lemongrass into medium pieces.
Step 3: Add crab and lemongrass and steam together for 10-13 minutes.
Step 4: Pumpkin cut off the skin and wash with water then cut into small squares.
Step 5: Wash the rice and quinoa together, remove the cloudy water first, then add about 300ml of water, cover and cook on low heat (or you can use a slow cooker like I'm using). .
** Step 6:** Put the pumpkin in and steam for 20 minutes.
Step 7: After the crab is cooked, remove the meat and then wait for the porridge to finish adding the crab.
Step 8: After the pumpkin is cooked, mash it with a spoon. Then put it in the pot.
Step 9: If your baby can eat scallions, you can mince a few scallions and put them in the end and season as you like, along with 1 teaspoon of cooking oil.
