Walking with my dog companion every morning is one of the highlights of the day. Some times I might be a bit bored, but I forget everything when he starts jumping and running at the fields! And he is so good in adjusting to our program, he will never wake us up, actually he is the last one to wake up, so I can only appreciate it and offer him at least a full hour of crazy running!
The walk is getting even better when @fotostef comes with us and even more interesting when it is just before the #wednesdaywalk challenge by
@tattoodjay and we decide to describe the same route (here is the post by
@fotostef), each one from his point of view!
And speaking of the view, it is wonderful up here!
Two weeks ago we introduced you with Markos to the circular route that we walk almost every day. This time we will go to East, through the old National Road that connects our village with the next one about 6km away.
You can see the new road lower at the photo and the road that we are going to walk, which is quite higher!
It is magic with all the anemones and other flowers around!
As you can see, not many cars choose this way anymore... Good for us!
Walking with a photographer means long breaks waiting! I wait and Markos runs back and forth :)
We found this beauty in the middle of our way. Someone removed it from the ground and threw it away... I am planning to take it home on our way back.
The view from above.
This guy is really driving in the middle of the road and I am getting anxious... All good!
And the view is changing all the time.
Part of the road is still preserved and you can see that it is made of pebbles! How cool is that! You want to get off your shoes and start running barefoot, but it was too cold...
@fotostef is still behind and I am looking for him. Can you spot him in the photo below? Some help follows!
Had never noticed this old threshing floor before.
At this point the Northern wind can be very strong, as the trees take weird shapes.
And some dog acrobatics... I have acrophobia, but I am getting used to seeing him at the edge all the time.
We didn't go to the other village, the weather was getting heavy, so we returned back to our place. The moment we closed the door, the rain started, wonderful timing!
Didn't forget to take with me our new plant friend!
And the view on our way back.
Happy walks everyone!
