Less than half of October is left. It's time to pick the grapes. To be honest, I've been ignoring it for the last few years. The fact is that I only have wine grapes, but I don’t know how to make wine and I don’t drink it. Therefore, almost all of my grapes remain untouched.
Of course, this is not very good for the vine, because this is how it runs wild. But this year I was lucky. My friend's neighbor knows how and loves to make wine. But they don't have their own grapes. They are refugees and recently bought a house here. When she asked if they could come and pick my grapes, I was happy.
But my animals were even happier. Of course: strangers came and climbed the grape arch! What fun! The cats appreciated the attraction!
