Foggy and humid day although the temperature has remained high.
Run over the nearby hill so you don't lose your habit. My legs felt a little more loaded than usual... but nothing serious.
Tomorrow I have a day full of meetings, I'm not going to be able to escape to run so I'll take it as a rest day which is not a bad idea neither :-)
