I think I used this exchange years ago, and I sent an email years ago asking them to please delete all my history when they demanded that I pass a "soft" KYC.
The bastards continue to be a pain in the ass, though, and I continue to ignore them...
They still think they can attract more birds into their networks, and I still refuse to give up any personal information, which is, in fact, what they require...
No way, don't count me in (LoL).
